Products. Fabric is cut to order by the yard (36" × fabric width, continuous cut). Every listing states the fabric's measured weight, width, and fiber content; minor variation between dye lots and production runs is inherent to textiles. Colors are photographed faithfully but screens vary — the specifications on the listing are the authoritative description.
Orders & payment. Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay; all orders are charged in US dollars. Your card is authorized at checkout; orders that cannot be fulfilled are cancelled and never charged.
Cancellation. You may cancel free of charge any time before cutting begins (typically within 48 hours of ordering) by emailing support@endlessfabrics.com with your order number.
Delivery. Orders are cut within 48 hours and delivered in 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.
Returns. Unused, uncut yardage may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund — email support@endlessfabrics.com to start a return; see the returns page for conditions. There are no restocking fees; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the fabric was our mistake; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. We don't offer exchanges. Fabric that arrives damaged, flawed, or materially different from its listing will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
Suitability and flammability. Suggested uses shown on product pages are examples derived from measured weight, fibre and construction only — not limits and not certifications. No flammability testing has been performed on our fabrics and no compliance with 16 CFR 1610 is represented or implied.
Reviews and submitted content. By submitting a review, question, or photo you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site. We moderate all submissions and may decline any that are off-topic or inappropriate.
Product imagery. Photographs of the fabric itself are real photographs of the cloth we sell. Images labeled “Digital mock-up” are AI-generated visualizations produced from that same real photograph, shown to illustrate how the fabric may look made up: color and pattern scale are reproduced faithfully, while drape, fit and construction are indicative only and are not a photograph of a finished garment or a representation that any such item is offered for sale.
Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
