We collect only what running your order requires: your email, shipping address, and the contents of your order. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store card numbers.
What we use it for. Fulfilling and shipping your order, answering support requests, and — if you opted in — sending you our email updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time by emailing support@endlessfabrics.com.
What we don't do. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to deliver your order: our payment processor (Shopify), shipping carriers, and our email delivery provider.
Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies (your cart, your saved likes, your sign-in session). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how the site is used — pages viewed, searches made, and purchases completed — so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and does not include your payment details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.
Your rights. Email us to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
