30-day returns. If a fabric isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Yardage must be in the condition it arrived in — uncut, unwashed, and unsewn.
To start a return, email support@endlessfabrics.com with your order number and we will reply with return instructions within one business day. Returns are sent back to us by mail. There are no restocking fees; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the fabric itself was our mistake. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different fabric, return the original for a refund and place a new order — that gets the right fabric to you fastest, since every order is cut fresh.
Damaged or flawed fabric. If your fabric arrives damaged, flawed, or materially different from its listing, contact support@endlessfabrics.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund — usually without needing the fabric shipped back.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before cutting begins — typically 1–2 business days after ordering. To cancel, email support@endlessfabrics.com with your order number; if cutting hasn't started, you are never charged.
