A substantial knit in 88% polyester, 10% cotton, 2% spandex at 264 gsm on a 148 cm roll. Bold black and cream houndstooth check. At this weight it is enough body to hold a shape without stiffness. Polyester-led, so it is color-fast and low-shrink. The cotton adds breathability.
